Bio:

Dan Yang ฅ•.•ฅ(she/they) is a Montreal-based multidisciplinary artist who holds a BFA of Specialization Film Studies and is currently completing her second degree of Studio Arts at Concordia University. Dan’s spheres of practice span ceramics, installation, painting, and film photography. Her work often explores the notion of the body and subverts the reception of viscerality. Her ceramic and installation work is stylistically engaged with the theme of “the otherness” of the body or bodily experience.
